A woman is dead after a two-vehicle crash in Louisville, Kentucky. Caroline Reed was killed in a crash between a Jeep and a pickup truck on Tyler Park Drive at Baxter Avenue around 7:20 p.m. on Wednesday.
Reed, who was driving the Jeep, was found with a separate wound that authorities described as “an unknown penetrating wound not associated with” the crash. She was transported to the University of Louisville Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. No other injuries were reported in the crash.
The Lousville Metro Police Department (LPMD) Homicide Unit is investigating the crash due to the nature of the incident. Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact LMPD by calling 502-574-LMPD (5673).
