A tragic motorcycle accident on Route 29 in Lynchburg has resulted in the death of a 33-year-old man. Maquale Moon of Campbell County was identified as the victim of the crash, which occurred early Tuesday morning.
According to the Lynchburg Police Department, the accident happened at approximately 6:40 a.m. just before the Kemper Street exit. Virginia Baptist Hospital nurse Lawanda Williams mourned Moon, calling him the ‘face’ of the hospital’s cafeteria.
